Teeketing [hereafter referred to as ["Teeketing Event Tech Services LTD" or “Company” or "we" or “our”] is a limited liability company registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission, Federal Republic of Nigeria under the Companies and Allied Matters Act 1990.


This privacy policy is in furtherance of section 37 of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria (CFRN) 1999 (as amended), the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) and all other legal instruments designed to protect the privacy rights of natural persons who interact with us.


As the “company”, we are cognizant of the privacy rights of all natural persons who are part of Teeketing and/or its Affiliates or interact with us on all our data processing mediums or platforms. These classes of people are our “Data Subjects”. As a responsible establishment, we are committed to safeguarding the privacy rights of our data subjects through this strict privacy policy. It shall complement extant legal regulatory framework as an internal standard of care we owe our “Data Subjects”.

Furthermore, we are committed to ensuring accountability, demonstrating duty of care to you and also upholding data Confidentiality, Integrity and availability.

If you choose to purchase a product or procure service through the Website, we may collect your credit or debit card information. Currently, we use third party service providers to process your bank verification number, credit and debit card transactions on our behalf. The third-party service providers will collect your contact information (such as your name, address, and e-mail, bank verification number,) bank or financial information (such as debit or credit card number and expiration date) in accordance with the provisions of a written contract between Teeketing and/or its Affiliates and the third party. We will be verifying your BVN data and your bank details and by your use of this Website and/or Application, you consent to the validation of your BVN data and bank details.


We may also collect information you provide us including but not limited to information on web forms, account update information and correspondence with the Website support services team. Information obtained through voluntary submissions (e.g., responses to surveys, requests for information on Teeketing and/or its Affiliates’ Website and/or Application or those of Teeketing and/or its Affiliates’ advertisers/marketing partners) and review of Website usage patterns survey responses, customer enquiries and other means may also be collected and used by us. Teeketing and/or its Affiliates will only collect information that is necessary for the provision of the product or service that you have subscribed to.


Personal Information We Collect Automatically

Teeketing and/or its Affiliates may use cookies, web beacons, and other tracking technologies to collect information about you automatically as you use the Website and/or Application. This information includes information sent to us by your computer, or mobile phone.

We also collect information about you from third party sources such as identity verification services; and analytics providers in accordance with the provisions of a written contract between Teeketing and/or its Affiliates and the third party.
